At Travelpro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear isn't the perfect fit for your next journey, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked and secure delivery.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items in their original packaging with all tags attached, and securely affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
